June 2014 –VOP CZ, Šenov u Nového Jičína, has extended the large number of companies using CNG from its own company station, MJ Compact Plus 50-1680A, to fill its forklift trucks.
This compact CNG filling station is one of the basic pillars of our product spectrum. The station is created by 2 high-pressure compressors with 2.5 to 3.0 bars of suction pressure with a total power of 50m3/hour controlled by a joined switchboard, gas drying using 250 bars of pressure and a two-section pressure vessel with a volume of 1,680 l (corresponding to 420m3, i.e. 300 kg per 250 bars of compressed natural gas). The CNG service is secured by an ADAST V line Major dispenser, including a mass flow meter, automatic card identification and a filling hose with NGV1 terminal. This dispenser enables data output in the customer’s information system and their further processing and billing.
The station’s annual capacity is over 200,000 m3 of CNG fully covering the needs of filling forklift trucks, as well as passenger and utility vehicles. The station has already been delivered in a proven cooperation with Linde Material Handling Czech Republic together with CNG powered forklift trucks.
VOP CZ is a company that is active in the area of military technology, engineering production and development. It deals especially with repairs of military technology. As a matter of interest, VOP CZ concluded a contract with Linde material Handling GmbH last year for the complete production and assembly of 10 and 18-ton forklift trucks. This production has been transferred from Wales.
