June 2014 – The newly introduced type of MJ Variant Plus, a compact filling station has been successfully commissioned in the Romotop facility in Suchdol nad Odrou. This filling station serves Linde CNG forklift trucks. The MJ Variant Plus 3K-1680 filling station was developed and produced by MOTOR JIKOV this year as a compact solution for the previous MJ Variant. This compact solution significantly cuts the installation time and lays fewer requirements on construction preparedness of the implementation site.
The MJ Variant Plus 3K-1680 filling station is created by 3 MJ05 compressor units with a total power of 15 m3/hour, a two-sectioned pressure vessel with a volume of 1,680 l and a dispenser. The complete technology is situated in a concrete container. Based on customer’s requirements, this filling station can be extended by adding another compressor to the total power of 20 m3/hour.
The station has been implemented in cooperation with Linde Material Handling Česká republika s.r.o. This company also provided CNG powered forklift trucks to the end customer. The operation has been designed for 10 forklift trucks.
