The MJ Compact Plus filling station is equipped with one or two compressors with an output of 19.5 Nm3/hour – 28.0 Nm3/hour each. Compared to MJ Variant and MJ Variant Plus it has a greater volume of gas storage tanks – from 1,120 to 3,360 l. It is ideal for users with CNG consumption from 60,000 to 224,000 m3 per year and a large fleet.
The whole technology is placed in a noise-proof container made of lightweight concrete. The advantage is a simple installation and minimal requirements for construction preparation.
The filling station may be equipped:
a) simple manual control of the vehicle filling using so-called a dispensing panel, which includes pressure manometers for various sections of the storage tank, filling pressure manometers, a three-way filling control valve, a filling pressure regulator, a hose with filling terminal and a breakaway coupling
b) a comfort dispenser with automatic filling process, card access, CNG output measurement (all displayed on the stand screen), a hose with filling terminal and a breakaway coupling. Our filling technologies are provided together with AdastSystem dispensers.
c) the manual filling system, which is completed with the CNG consumption (flow) measuring system and a chip access to identify the user and his/her consumption.
