CNG drive is built from production for example in the following vehicles: Fiat Punto Evo, VW Passat TSI EcoFuel, Opel Zafira 1.6 CNG ecoFLEX Turbo, Ford C-Max. Premium CNG-powered vehicles include Mercedes B 180 NGT and Mercedes E 200 NGT. These and many other models of Fiat, VW, Opel, Ford, Mercedes or Honda with compressed natural gas drive are passenger cars with consumption between four to six kilograms of CNG per one hundred kilometres, which amounts to an approximate cost between CZK 1 to 1.50 per kilometre! Commercial vehicles offer similarly low consumption, and especially operation of buses is significantly economically beneficial. The first such model in the Czech Republic is the Škoda Citigo GreenLine and GreenTec series. CNG drive will be used also in other Škoda vehicles, including Škoda Octavia.
